On April 1, 2019, the Company declared a dividend of $.12 per common share which was paid on April 18, 2019 to shareholders of record on April 11, 2019. The total amount of the dividend payment was $ 2,054,727 .From April 1st through May 7, 2019, the Company sold 2,970,280 of its common shares in the ATM Offering which raised approximately $13.4 million in net proceeds. |
