15. Subsequent Events From October 1, 2021 through November 1, 2021, the Company sold 968,779 of its common shares in an at-the-market offering which raised $5,411,273 in net proceeds. (See Note 11.) On October 13, 2021, the board of directors declared a dividend of $0.12 per common share payable on October 29, 2021 to shareholders of record as of October 25, 2021. |
